Shipping Costs & Thresholds
- We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of Rs.50 for orders delivered within India.
- Orders with a subtotal value of Rs.500 or more qualify for FREE shipping.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are dispatched from our hub in Mumbai within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery durations are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days
- Rest of India: 5 - 7 business days
Once dispatched, we share courier tracking details directly with you on your WhatsApp thread so you can follow your shipment's journey.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal nature of fashion accessories and hygiene reasons, our store policies are strict regarding returns:
Exchange/Return Exceptions
- We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges based on color preferences, size mismatches, or change of mind. Please check sizes and descriptions carefully before placing orders.
- We offer replacements or refunds only if you received a damaged product or the wrong item.
Claiming a Damaged Delivery
If your package arrives damaged, please execute the following steps to process your claim:
- Reach out to our support chat on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
- You must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the outer package opening and displaying the damaged item clearly.
- Once our quality checking team verifies the video, we will ship a replacement item free of charge. If the same design is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your UPI account.
